Worldwide Telco provider. (In those years, the brand for fixed telco services in Spain was ONO).
Spearheaded SME market development and support for voice and data services, including product marketing, sales force training, P&L analysis, product pricing and forecasting, and market compliance.
- Launched counteroffensive to Telefónica’s Commercial Voice & Data bundle, by establishing Vodafone’s own enhanced bundle, in under a week, generating 3.000 new customers/month.
- Pioneered the introduction of Business & Residential bundled Telco services in Spanish market.
