Spearheaded the lauching process for this e-commerce, including Market Research, P&L and Benchmark. Opening: 4Q 2013

  • Development and promotion of Citizen Information Service (internet, mobile, phone).
  • Analysis and coordination of City Council’s Departments and Agencies to integrate Data Bases, IT tools and procedures to inform to citizens.
  • New newsltetter platform deployment.
  • Senior support in new CRM development (Microsoft & Deloitte).
